I would like to say first of all that I had a very interesting conversation with my father today. As we we’re cleaning out the refrigerator he somehow ended up saying ‘I’m just waiting for you to come out’. This whole conversation would have been fine had it not lead to him telling me that if I we’re a homosexual that he would hold me in the same group as socialist and radical democrats. Neither or which I am. I love my father dearly, but it is conversations like this that make me feel bad for all of man kind. How on earth could some one’s views be so skewed that they would believe that just because someone is a homosexual that means that they must be a bad person. I told him that I know what I am and honestly that is all that matters. I told him that I am a human being no better or worse than the next. I have my sins and so does everyone else, but no one on the face of this planet has the right to judge me for whatever sex I may prefer.
